Principals

 

James L. Wiley, Principal and owner of SunCoast Capital Solutions, is a Certified Cash Flow Consultant and a member of the American Cash Flow Association. James is an active securities trader and prior to establishing SunCoast Capital Solutions, was a secondary education teacher and has nearly thirty years of experience in the financing and funding of health care and human services. His public service included eight years as Deputy Director for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and two years as Assistant Director for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and two years as Assistant Director of finance for the Department of Health & Human Services in the state of Nebraska. James holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska system. 

 

Carol Ann Wiley is Chief Operations Officer for SunCoast Capital Solutions and is a Certified Cash Flow Consultant and member of the American Cash Flow Association.  Carol Ann retired in 2001 from the Lincoln Area Agency on Aging in Lincoln, Nebraska after twenty seven years managing community and volunteer services.
