Pension Funding
This program is open to ANYONE RECEIVING MONTHLY PENSION PAYMENTS – from any company, US government, or US military. You need to have been receiving your pension for at least 6 months before applying for this program.
What we do is PURCHASE 8 YEARS OF YOUR PENSION and pay you a lump sum in exchange for those 8 years of payments. So it is a purchase and not a loan that needs to be paid back at a later date.
The MINIMUM PAYMENT purchased is $400.00 per month. You may sell as much of your pension above the $400.00 as you wish. There is no limit.
A CREDIT CHECK is done, so your credit does need to be good. If you have had a couple of slow payments, that’s fine. A bankruptcy needs to have been discharged for at least 2 years. So perfect credit is not required, just good credit history.
LIFE INSURANCE will need to be purchased for the contract. If you have an existing life insurance policy then you just need to see if it is assignable. If you don’t have life insurance our funding source can refer you to one.
After an APPLICATION and brief APPROVAL PROCESS, we will send you the estimate for your final approval via mail, E-mail, or fax. Then a CONTRACT will be drawn up to pay you the lump sum of money in exchange for your pension. The whole process takes about 6-8 weeks.
