Bill has been an independent businessman for over 20 years as well as a corporate manager prior to starting private practice. He is a Director of BGI Ltd., Africa Mineral Resource Specialists Inc. and other companies.

Bill’s professional training prior to his recent financial training was as a geologist and business manager. He maintains his certification and registration as a professional geologist as well as membership in several professional organizations. His private independent business experience has taken him throughout North America as well as to Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. His unique business experience has given him a broad insight into a variety of business sectors, enabling him to work with any type of business that requires financial assistance today. In addition to being a Director of several companies he has assisted in taking companies public through IPO's and has generated millions of dollars of funding for a variety of companies and projects.
