We are independent cash flow buyers and brokers. We buy for our own account but we cannot buy everything that our clients present to us. For things that we don’t buy ourselves we have hundreds of national funding sources that we can evaluate to assure that our clients we refer to them are getting the best possible deal. For commercial loans we represent many different national funding sources and chose the one which we feel suits the needs of our clients the best. In most cases we are paid by the funding source only when they complete a transaction that we have brought to them. If the type of funding we do for you requires that we negotiate a fee with you we will do that up front before we start any thing else. We have a strong code of ethics - we strongly believe in doing the right thing, whether it is obeying the law or respecting the rights of our clients, employees, referral sources and funding sources.
Everyone deserves a fair shake and the right to be able to trust people they are dealing with. One of the most difficult things for us to do is to put our trust, especially regarding financial matters, in the hands of someone else. The problem is that none of us has the background or experience to do everything that we need to have done for ourselves.
