Unsecured signature loans from $10,000 to $100,000 at great terms for companies in business for 2 years with good credit. Larger secured loans with a minimum of $100,000, and the only limit on maximum is your owned assets.
CONSTRUCTION LOANS. We do construction loans, and have a special program with great terms for apartment complexes and nursing homes where the loan amount is over $2,000,000. Loans can be for new construction, re-financing, expansion, or acquisition. Construction and permanent financing are provided in one loan source!
